ie doesn't support "position:fixed;" of CSS

it so easy to do, if you find this problem. you just put

‹!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"›

above ‹html› for make document of your web page to the same standard.
